– 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
– 1/2 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)

– Popsicle molds and sticks

### Instructions

Start by preparing the base mixture for your ice cream bars. In a medium bowl, combine the coconut milk, mango puree, passion fruit juice, honey, and vanilla extract. Whisk thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and well-combined.
