Add the flour, salt, olive oil, dried oregano, dried thyme, garlic powder, and onion powder to the yeast mixture. Stir until a dough forms. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it has doubled in size.
While the dough is rising, prepare the spicy garlic oil:
