Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.

In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until the mixture is well combined and crumbly.

Press the oat mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form an even layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.

In a food processor, combine the canned chickpeas, almond butter, agave syrup, almond milk, and baking powder. Blend until smooth and creamy. You may need to scrape the sides down a few times to ensure everything is well mixed.

Bake the bars for an additional 20-25 minutes, until the top is golden and the chocolate has melted. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely in the pan.
