Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or almonds)
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers (optional for extra crunch)

Instructions

Prepare an 8×8 inch baking dish by lining it with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal of the fudge.

In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Mix well to incorporate the flavor.

Gently fold in the mini marshmallows, chopped nuts, and crushed graham crackers (if using), ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the fudge mixture.

Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula. Tap the dish lightly on the counter to remove any air bubbles.

Place the fudge in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until it is firm. Once set, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment overhang and cut it into squares.

Serve and enjoy your rich, delectable rocky road fudge!
