Instructions

Begin by marinating the chicken. In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, orange juice and zest, lemon juice and zest, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. While the chicken is marinating, prepare the avocado salsa. In another bowl, combine the diced avocado, red onion, tomato, and lime juice.
