Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 15×10 inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper, allowing a bit of overhang for easier removal later.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed avocado, coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
