Instructions

Prepare the Cookies:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, almond flour, matcha powder, baking powder, and salt. Whisk together until well mixed.

In a separate bowl, mix the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour.
