  • 200g Manchego cheese, sliced
  • 200g Serrano ham, thinly sliced

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Patatas Bravas

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
